Code of Conduct

An employee code of conduct outlines the expected behaviours and values within an organization, guiding them on how to interact with colleagues, students, and the institution itself. It's a set of guidelines that helps maintain a positive and professional work environment.

The disciplinary committee, Dr. PDNI Amravati outlined the code of conduct to maintain professional work environment in the college campus including safety and security. Whoever serve in our institute, shall adhere to the code of conduct. The teachers including administrative and other supportive staff are constantly under the scrutiny of college authorities.

Purposes

The main purpose of a code of conduct is to maintain a standard and acceptable behaviour from the staff and students. It is a reminder to the staff of what is expected from them. The code of conduct further highlights that their actions should be always aligned with the safe and healthy practices. Purposes of the code of conduct are to:

• To institutionalize the standards of educational and personal conduct for all the staff
• To ensure the staff regarding safety and security.
• To inculcate the human values, ethical sensitivity and social responsiveness among the staff.
• To formulate the requisite behaviour and relationship between staff and students.
