Simulation CSL
The institute has 07 simulation clinical skill labs (CSL) with necessary models, mannequins, simulators, instruments and equipment. They are the specialized learning environment that uses simulations and models to teach and practice nursing skills in a safe and controlled setting. It allows nursing students to develop and refine their clinical abilities without risk associated with a real patient care. These CSLs provide a platform for hands-on learning, skill assessment, and the development of teamwork and also communication skills.

Dr. PDNI has various CSLs in a different department of the institute. They are – Nursing Foundation Lab, Advanced Nursing Skill Lab, OBG Lab, Child Health Nursing Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab, and Pre-clinical Science Lab. The goals of these departmental CSLs are intended to meet the optimal learning outcome (LO) of nursing students through the effective policies and rules that must be followed by every user. Therefore, the departmental policies and procedure are formulated for effective management of CSLs to achieve desired educational goals These policies are applicable to the teachers, students, administrative staff, and other supportive staff of Dr. PDNI Amravati.
