Performance Appraisal

Performance appraisal is the systematic process and regular review of an employee’s job performance and assessment of overall contribution to an organization.

Head of the institution / HOD/ AO of Dr. PDNI Amravati perform appraisal to evaluate and document an employee's job performance against pre-defined expectations, often conducted regularly. It involves assessing strengths and areas for improvement, and planning for future growth & development. This process is carried out in our institution for effective management and a positive work environment.
